For Sarah Angel’s debut visual, she takes viewers on a mystical journey through pool halls, the city streets and perhaps her own conscience as she toils with a longing for an individual referred to simply as “You”. The track, which fittingly drops around New York Fashion Week, has the bounce of a song we’d expect to hear during some sort of high fashion runway show. Even still, her influences of Jill Scott, Prince and Erykah Badu remain present in her style and aesthetic.
