The single is the latest offering by the Indie Soul artist and it effectively blends a number of influences that shape his music. “I wanted the creative process of the song to be a blend of R&B Motown-ish sounds both old and new with a touch of my Nigerian background,” he says. The concept of the track came from the idea of getting lost in an adventurous journey by just looking into the eyes of a lover. In the gorgeous accompanying music video, Lewisland explores this idea further, coupling beautiful visuals with dreamlike sequences that take viewers on this journey with him.
