The musician and gallerist creates a unique atmospheric vibe

“As long as my bills paid, I know that my niggas straight, praying for brighter days…” The relatable lyrics kicked off Bosco’s viral COLORS performance, and among the 1+ million viewers on Youtube, was us, getting our 1st listen of the LA based/Georgia bred artist. Now, she’s taking us for a ride with her latest EP “Car Therapy“. Along with the acoustic experience that we’ve come to know and love Bosco for, she’s coupled the EP with a must see visual exhibition.

The audiovisual art installation, eponymously named ‘Car Therapy’, sees Bosco transforming the space into several different rooms, each one representing a track on the EP and a new locale for attendees to visit. The exhibition will include an intimate performance for attendees to watch outside or in their cars, a short film, Yoga and exclusive merch.

While we’re new to the BOSCO fan club, she’s been putting out quality work for years with five albums/EPs on her resume and praise from the NY Times, NPR, Pitchfork and now, Gritty Vibes. Her music has also been featured prominently in shows like HBO’s Insecure and Ava Duvernay’s Queen Sugar. With the state of the world hanging in the balance, BOSCO’s Car Therapy EP, and corresponding exhibition, help find ways to heal, cope, and sustain without human connection and physical interaction.
