Times Square in NYC, is often referred to as the crossroads of the world and the center of the city’s melting pot as a whole. Among the well known celebrities that adorn its giant advertisement screens, a fast rising musician’s image is clear as day. Shanell Sharpe, the rapper, poet, singer and all around talent can be seen on the big screen, in an advertisement for her new video Anytime, Anywhere. Sharpe follows up a heavy hitting verse with a nice dancehall infused chorus and vibe throughout. The Mike Rawlings directed visual compliments this aesthetic, as she strolls through the lush backdrop of the Caribbean.
